Terms of Service

Impetify provides a social platform for pet owners to create accounts, build pet profiles, upload content, and engage with other members. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional policies referenced within them.

You must be at least 16 years old to register. If you use Impetify on behalf of an organization, shelter, or business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration details, keeping login credentials confidential, and maintaining the security of your account. You must promptly notify Impetify if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that threatens other users, animals, or the integrity of the platform.

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, comments, pet information, and other material you upload to Impetify. By posting content, you grant Impetify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, and promote the service.

You confirm that you have the rights required to upload the content you submit and that your material does not infringe the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or animal welfare-related restrictions.

You may not use Impetify to harass others, upload unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another person, distribute malware, scrape the platform without authorization, or post content that depicts abuse, exploitation, or cruelty toward animals or people.

We may remove content, restrict visibility, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, create legal exposure, or harm the safety and trust of the community.

You may stop using Impetify at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if continued access creates risk for the platform or other users, or if we need to comply with legal requirements.

Impetify may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. When material changes to these terms are made, we will post an updated version with a new effective date.

Impetify is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections. Subject to that, Impetify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the European Union and, where permitted, the laws of the EU member state from which Impetify operates its service. Any dispute will be handled in the courts that apply under those mandatory rules unless another resolution process is required by law.
